Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen (V.G.-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Latest MoRT&H Specification.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with V.G.-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Latest MoRT&H Specification.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 281)

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 (One cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 307)

Cement concrete with 2cm. gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 279(a)

12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 582(a)

(a) Sand filling in plinth and under floor including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Kms. from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. labour and T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work. saplings of girth upto 30 cms. measured at a height of 1 M. above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 M. out side the periphery of area cleared. including cost of sand.(S.I. No. 255)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-20) (but without dowelbar) (Ch. 20 new item 9(1)
