Seal Coat Type C :- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous VG-10, surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Mord S.N.-5.12 Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including cost of Bitumen & labour cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Earth work Earth work cutting or in embankment to oridinary soil, excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge (Excluding Royalty) as per SI. No. 253 (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

For 5 Years maintenance work 1st Year cost of BOQ @ 0%

2nd Year cost of BOQ @ 1.50% In Itme no. 2 to 4, 6 and @ 0.25% in Item No. 1 & 5

3rd Year cost of BOQ @ 3% In Itme no. 2 to 4, 6 and @ 0.50% in Item No. 1& 5

4rth Year cost of BOQ @ 4.50% In Itme no. 2 to 4, 6 and @ 0.75% in Item No. 1& 5

5rth Year cost of BOQ @ 6% In Itme no. 2 to 4, 6 and @ 1.00% in Item No. 1 & 5
