Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Case - III : Type C (I)Bitumen (S-90) Chapter-05 (5.12 By Mechanical Case-III Type C(i) (Rates are including Cost of Bitumen)

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete avement thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501 2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 02 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mie design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shove's, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and constructionl joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curning of concrete slabs for 14 days. curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. (For Mathura) as per SI.No. 13, Ch.No.-20

Construction of embankment with Material Obtained from Availble Land Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1. with all lifts and leads, 1000M spreading. grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 as per SI.No.-19, Ch. No.-20

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. as per DSR.no. 4.1.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. as per SI.No/DSR-4.1.8, Ch. No.-05

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1153 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per Ch-5 SI No-51.2

Steel reinforcement for R.CC. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per Ch-10 SI No-522A

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment
