Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits :- Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site , speading grading to required slope and compating to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per MoRTH specification No. 305 from 1.00 Km. distance (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

G.S.B Grade-1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRTH specification No. 401 (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MoRTH specification No. 406 (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

WMM+1% OPC Cement+3.5% Emulsion Providing, laying and spreading of graded stoneaggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. As per MoRTH specification No. 406 & E/I. (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Tack Coat IInd on Bituminous Surface Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MoRTH specification No. 503 (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Bituminous Concrete Grading-IInd Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Repeated Bars : Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 upto date. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Free from streaks and holes and shall comply with requirements as per Table 800-9 of (MORTH SPECIFICATION) Thermoplastic Material when tested in accordance with ASTM D36/BS-3262-(Part 1) daylight Luminance shall be AASHTO M 249 for white 45o -65% min and for yellow 45% min., Drying time not more than 15 minutes, skin resistance not less than 45 as per BS-6044, material shall show no cracks on application to concrete blocks at Low Temperature, softening point 102.5oC ± 9.5oC as per ASTM D36 and yellowness index for white thermoplastic paint not more than 0.12 as per AASHTO M 249. Container of the thermoplastic material shall be clearly and indelibly marked with Name, Trade mark or other means of indentification of manufacturer, Batch No., Date of manufacturer, Colour, Maximum application temperature and maximum safe heating temperature. Glass beads shall meet the gradation requirement as per Table 800-10 of MORTH SPECIFICATION. The Glass beads shall have a minimum Reflective Index of 1.5 and 70% Roundeness. The Pavement Temperature shall not be less than 10oC during application of Hot thermoplastic paint. The Contractor shall furnish to the Engineer a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material/glass beads showing results of all test specified in MORTH SPECIFICATION and shall certify that the material meet all requirement of specification. (For Repeated Bar Marking) as per MoRTH Specification No. 803 (8.13) (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Road marking with Hot Applied Thermo Plastic Compount-Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick as per approved layout and design including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm in exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per MORTH & H specification No. 803 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streack and holes rates to be inclusive of all labour and T&P etc complete required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I. as per MoRTH Specification No. 803 (8.13) (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811. TRAFFIC SIGNS - 50 X 60 CM SINGLE CHEVRON (NORMAL) Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 upto date made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with PCC M-25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67 upto date. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.(8.40) (Including all taxes but excluding GST)
