Providing and laying seal coat with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. By Manual Means But Excluding G.S.T.

Construction of Patri on both side of the road with Carted Earth Cartage of Earth 3.00 Km with all lift and lead, transporting to site ,spreding grading to required slope and compacting as per SOR SI No 253 & 261 (C). complete in all respects But Excluding G.S.T.

Supply, Laying & Fixing of 350 mm dia NP-3 RCC Hume Pipes including all material, labour & T&P etc. But Excluding G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weight appropriate weight batcher using approved mix, design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovets, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1501. But Excluding G.S.T.

M-150 Brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. But Excluding G.S.T.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation tenches or ino the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a disance of 30m fro the foundation trenches.(S.I. No. 251) But Excluding G.S.T.

Concrete with 2 cm. gauge stone ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 6:3:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 279(b) But Excluding G.S.T.

Cast Cement concrete door sills, chaukhats, boundary posts shelves and similar small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire, moulds, all materials labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.(SI.No.282) But Excluding G.S.T.

Cast Cement concrete door sills, chaukhats, boundary posts shelves and similar small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire, moulds, all materials labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.( SI 284 a) for Drain Cover But Excluding G.S.T.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. (SI.No.504) But Excluding G.S.T.
