2.50 mm thick damp proof with cement concerete consisting of on part cement 1.5 parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13 mm graded stone grit and including water profing materials as ordered by the Engineer in charge in the proportion as specifled by the manufactures. (SI. No. 361)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement ortar 1:6 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) DSR-6.1.2

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. as per SI No.504

Mild steel or iron work of small sizes and sections and such as holding down bolts, hold fasts, tie rods ,gratings etc. ( when not included in an over all rates ) wrought to required form, including supply of steel ,bolts, nuts and wastages etc. and their fixing required for completion of the work. (SI. No. 502)

Providing and fixing hand rail (MS Tube) of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railling, balcony, railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer (SI. No.10.26.1)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and coarse sand. over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10 mm thick including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.(inner Plaster) (SI. No. 584)

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Supply and fixing 6 mm. (1/4”) China white glazed tiles in skirting laid with 1 : 3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required of proper completion of the work as per S.I.No. 628.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm forstyles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75-mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall beflat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for toprail & bottom rail. paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. Top, bottom and lock rails shall 20 mm wide cro PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive.
