Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grede and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification MORD sepecification no. Clause 510. as per Data Book item No. 5.12 (B) Case - III Type

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Construction of Joint only, plain, cement concrete pave ment, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as oer clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channerl, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedgesm steel plates including levelling the from work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, do wek bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soii (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead \ pto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal ancl disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. t100 Its) from the foundation trencttes.(S.I. Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cem ent in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the worh. (S.I. No. 280)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in llnetels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its blanding but including its flxing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I blnding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. requlred fof proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.
