Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405-2 (Page 4-12)

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405-3 (Page 4-14)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion S.S. on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Road Delinator Delineator Supply & Fixing of MS Delineator made of Mild Steel with pure polyester power coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron for protection against corrosion the surface should be conceated so that there should not be any exposed surface without powder coating. The posts shall haveian ellipsoidal or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 mm base which can be anchored onto the ground Mild steel Guide Poles shall conform to Type XI sheeting specification as per IRC: 67 and ASTM D4956 which would ensure to obtaint clear visibility of having the sheeting tested for coefficiant of retro reflection. The rate shall include all material, labout, T&P transportation, installation and incidients all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
