Wax or french polishing new wood work with approaved french polish (in proportion 2 bees wax : 1.5 linseed oil. 1 terprentine oil 0.5 varanis by wt) after rubbing down with sand paper including supply of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.(for two coat)

Painting two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on previously painted old surface with paint of wood or steal and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of standard make brushing to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all dirt dust and other foreign meter sand papering and stripping including cost meter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel/wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including coat of all and supply of all material Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work (New item no. 2+3(I)) page no. 41

Providing matel brick coba 12mm thick laid with M-150 class brick coba 7.50cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other over 20mm thick base of cement mortar :4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with aerelic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound 1:4 cmenet and coarse sand mortar finished wall parapet shall be mono tythic plaster wall upto 30 cm higher and junction ans corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse shall rounded by brick ballast cmenet and coarse sand masonary coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by wieght including S/o all material labour T&P etc complete for proper completion of work. treatment on top of slopy and flate roof including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing and fixing 30 mm thick wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or/ and black enamelled m.s. S. I No/ 9.30.1 excluding GST.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufactures with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved brand & manufactured in all colours and shade in skriting riser of steps laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tiles ashesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477 in average 6mm thickness including grouting of joints (payment for grouting of joints to be made sepreately) size of tiles 600x600 mm as per S.I. no. 4 page 39 excluding GST.

Supply and fixing of 80mm thick precast cement concrete I shape interlocking paver a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of OP cement smooth high gloss finish skid reditant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro compression machanism the compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and weight 5 kg per no confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material labour, T&P taxes etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge. including 15cm thick base of G.S.B. including all labour, T&P etc. complete.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as strusses builts up gates door, frames, record racks roof work gates etc wrought to required form including drilling holes riverting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel bolts. S.I. No. 503

Providing and fixing PVC Pipe 4" dia in bathroom & kitchen including cost of all cutting of wall repairing including cost of all nipples bands, elbow, socket etc complete for proper completion of the work. excluding GST.
