Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Prassur distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD specification Clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to completion of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick compacted composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing by Mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level and grades as per MORD Specification Clause 508 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to completion of work

Providing and laying seal coat Type-C to sealing the voids in a bituminous surface with 6.7 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) to required laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per MORD Specification Clause 510 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to completion of work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plats including leveling the formwork as drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needls, screed and plate vibrators and finshed in contunuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approadch to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days curing compound(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Techincal specification clause 1501.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.(SOR No. 251)

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.(SOR No. 280)

First class bricks work in 1:3 in cement and coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(SOR No. 307(a)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement and coarse sand. (SOR No. 583)

R.C.C work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm {3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.(SOR No. 284A)

Mild steel or iron in plan work shch as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor two level.(SOR No. (504)

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil , excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m. The earth cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100 ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.(As per SOR No. 253) 2 km cartage

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick aggregate of 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete, including supply of materials , T & P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

First class brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of materials T & P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of 600mm hume pipe in position including supply of materials , T & P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of 350mm hume pipe in position including supply of materials , T & P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Struck cement pointing on brick work with 1 : 3 cement mortar ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.0%

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.75%

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 1.50%

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 2.25%

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 3.0%
