Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet (HMP) of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade Bitumen bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by Type B seal coat as per technical Specification Clause 508 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. Tecnical Specification clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means (HMP) with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Part B (CC Work)

Earth work in cutting or in filling in Embankment in ordinary soil excavation in to be regular pit not exceeding 0.5 m and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layer ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope also including 1.5 m lift and lead and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, 15 cm thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost of polythene sheet and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Mantinance Part A @ 7.50 %

Maintenance of constructed Bituminous road next five year after completion the contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 7.5% of tender Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including cess and Excluding GST) For 1st Year 0.00%

Item No. 12 but for 2nd year 0.75%

Item No. 12 but for 3rd year 1.50%

Item No. 12 but for 4th year 2.25%

Item No. 12 but for 5th year 3.00%

Mantinance Part B @ 2.50%

Maintenance of constructed CC road next five year after completion the contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 2.50% of tender Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including cess and Excluding GST) For 1st Year 0.00%
