Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 Complete in all respects as Per Morth Technical Specefication Clause 401 Sr No 4.01

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Mort&H specification 406 Complete in all respects as Per Morth Technical Specefication Clause 406 Sr No 4.14

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Complete in all respects as Per Morth Technical Specefication Clause 503 Sr No 5.02

Providing and laying bituminous concrete(Grade-II) with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as Per Morth Technical Specefication Clause 507 Sr No 5.05

Construction of Un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork( steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polthene film, wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with showel, rakes, compacted using needle,screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construcion joint.Applying debonding strip, primer, sealant, Dowel bars, near approaches to Bridges/ culvert and construction joints admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days . As per IS no. 1500(6.4) Complete in all respects as Per direction of Ergineer-In-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Mort&H table 300-2. For Road Shoulder. Complete in all respects as Per Morth Technical Specefication Clause 305 Sr No 3.16

R.C.C. "U" TYPE DRAIN Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with As Per SOR No 251

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. As Per SOR No 280

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications As Per SOR No 504

05 Year Maintenance- 1st Year maintenance charge @ 0.00% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

2nd Year maintenance charge @ 0.25% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

3rd Year maintenance charge @ 0.50% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

4rth Year maintenance charge @ 0.75% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

5th Year maintenance charge @ 1.00% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).
