Three track three panels sliding window with two glazed & we wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body.Using R2 series with frame (70 mm & above) x (40 mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (25 mm & above) x (50 mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated touch locks with hook. Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² DAR NO-12.1.1

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses, including cutting sheets tosize and shape wherever required(12.8)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(D.S.R Item-13.80)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre 13.41.1

Treatment of soil under exsting floors using chemical emulsion @ one liter per hole , 300mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2(1 cement:2 coarse sand ) to match the existing floor with chlopyriphos/ Lindane E.C 20 % with 1% concentration(dar-2.35.3)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels )polyethlene water storage tank . IS:12701 marked , with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes or inlet , outlet and overflow pipes but without fitings and the base support for tank (Dar-18.48)

Providing and laying asian paint smartcare damp proof water proofing membrane (fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid in white color specific gravity 1.25 water resistance and alkali resistance on horizontal surface at all depth above slab as directed by engineer in charge and consisting of ::(1) Cleaning of surface by removing of all existing loos paint dust or grass completely by using wire brush and washing th surface by using high speed water jet and vaccum cleaner .(2) Checking the surface soundness by using small hammer ,all craks at corrner joint channel and parapet should be jproperly teated by primer coat. (3) Applying priming coat product dode 1048 @ 0.93sqm/lit on entire surface by smartcare damp proof product code 1048 and use of water as a thiner for dilusion of 30% with brush and left the surface by dring 4-6 hour . The applying second coat smartcare damp proof product code 1048 @ 0.93sqm/lit by roller and left the surface by dring 4-6 hour . Apply the third and final layer of water proofing couat smartcare damp proof product cade:1048 using brush and left the for dry . inculding fiber mesh

Providing and fixing 20mm dia chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (cpvp )pipes , having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including the supply with clamps at 1.00m spacing . This includes jointing of pipe and fiting with one step salvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in charge -Internal work - Exposed on wall (dar-18.7.2
