Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending , and also including supply of steel and wastages and overlapping and hookes required for proper completion of the work.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) CPWD Analysis of rate code 6.4(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately). Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer- in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting ofcement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in 1:4 Minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.S.I.-584(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Providing and applying White based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plasterred wall surfce to prepared the surface even the smooth complete as per CPWD Analysis of rate code 13.80(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Ltr/10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) as per Sl No 21 on Page 38.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Light shade pigment using white cement as per CPWD Analysis of rate code 11.20.1(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
