Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53-22.4mm Size) to water bound macadam (Grade-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class.bricks 8cm(3") wide and 12cm (4 1/2") deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade Bitumen V.G.-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitale plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel 8 - 10 tonne static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (with V.G.-10)

Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upyo 50m filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer incharge upto a distance of 50m from the foundation trenches. (As per SOR No. 251)

Concrete with 4cm. Gauge stone ballast, coarse sand of 1.25 FM & cement in proportion 10:5:1 in foundation and floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work( As per SOR No. 275)

M15 Brick work in 1:4 one cement and four coarse sand of 1.25 FM mortar including supply of all materials, labour & tool & plants etc. required for proper completion of work.(As per SOR No. 305)

Struck cement pointing in 1:2 cement & fine sand motar including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.(As per SOR No 578)

Providing laying and fixing of 600mm dia NP-3 hume pipe in proper position directed by E/I including cartage of pipes /collors upto 30m distance (As per SOR chapter 20 ,No. 13)

12mm cement plaster with 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall,including supply of all materials,labour,T&Petc required for proper completion of work.(As per SOR 13.40)

Providing and Fixing of hectometer stone as per IRC-8 including painting and letter writing etc as per direction of E/I. (Hm-stone)

Providing and Fixing of kilometer stone as per IRC-8 including painting and letter writing etc as per direction of E/I. (Km-stone)

Providing and erecting direction and place indentification retro-reflectroised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over almuminium sheeting,2 mm thickwith area not exceeding 0.9 sqm. Supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x75 x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm,below ground level as per approved drawing Complete. (90x90cm)

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc., restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop /berms, making up of berms/ shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintenance of guard rails and parapet, maintenance of road signs speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required, maintenance of Hectometer and kilometer stone cutting of branches of tree, shrub and trimming of grass and weeds etc. white washing of parapet including CD work, painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone as per performance Index Anexure-1 mentioned in GO No. 55/2022 /187/23-9-2022-02 Nabard /2021 Dt. 28.04.2022 & EnC lettre no 14 BDD-1(NH)/40MT-11/2024 dated 03.01.2024 Subjected to approval from govt. Maintenance of 1st year after completion of work @Zero% of total Work amount of item 1 to 18
