Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 'Type-C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (MORD 5.12) (B) By Mechanical Means Case-III : Type C

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (MORD 3.14).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm guage) to water bound macadam (WBM-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405. (MORD 4.7) (3) (a) by Manual Means for C.C. Road

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,

Maintenance Charges for Bituminous Surface including @ Earth work, Repair of Painted Surface, Earthwork in Patri, etc. as Per GO-17/2024/sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated 16.01.2024 & Letter CE (HQ-1) PWD Lucknow 3689C-OPRMC/mool 23-24 Dated 17.02.2024 subjected to approval from Govt. Maintenance of 1st Year after completion of work (for above Item No. 1 to 5) @ Zero % of cost of construction of work / BOQ.

Item No.6 but Maintenance of 2nd Year after completion of work @ 1.50% of total Work amount of item 1 to 5 (for Bituminous Road).

Item No.6 but Maintenance of 3rd Year after completion of work @ 3.00% of total Work amount of item 1 to 5 (for Bituminous Road).

Item No.6 but Maintenance of 4th Year after completion of work @ 4.50% of total Work amount of item 1 to 5 (for Bituminous Road).

Item No.6 but Maintenance of 5th Year after completion of work @ 6.00% of total Work amount of item 1 to 5 (for Bituminous Road).

Road including @ Earth work, Repair of Painted Surface, Earthwork in Patri, etc. as Per GO-17/2024/sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated 16.01.2024 & Letter CE (HQ-1) PWD Lucknow 3689C-OPRMC/mool 23-24 Dated 17.02.2024 subjected to approval from Govt. Maintenance of 1st Year after completion of work (for above Item No. 6 to 7) @ Zero % of cost of construction of work / BOQ.

Item No.6 but Maintenance of 2nd Year after completion of work @ 0.25% of total Work amount of item 6 to 7 (for C.C. Road).

Item No.6 but Maintenance of 3rd Year after completion of work @ 0.50% of total Work amount of item 6 to 7 (for C.C. Road).

Item No.6 but Maintenance of 4th Year after completion of work @ 0.75% of total Work amount of item 6 to 7 (for C.C. Road).
