Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in base and wall and cover of U-Type drain excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. Supply and fixing of 10cm. (4") internal dia for 10.0 cm. PVC down pipe Everest or charminar make complete with bends with door at top and plain at bottom and grantings and including supply of neary M.S. clamp 2.5cm x 3 mm. (1" x1/8") fixed to walls with cement motar (1:2) and including supply of 15 cm (6") long 6mm. (1/4") dia nail all materials, labour and T& P. etc. required for proper completion of the work and also including repair of plaster pointing etc. if damaged during fixing of the pipes. Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retroreflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. With 7 years warranty. Rates include design, fabrication, supply, transportation and erection of the sign board and also inclusive of taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. Construction of granular sub-base grade I by providing well graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Including Upkar, Levy fee, Toll and Royality but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Including Upkar, Levy fee, Toll and Royality but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Brick edging on both sides of road with M-150 class bricks on edge 3" wide and 4-1/2" deep laid with mud mortar, finished to the required temples in proper alignment & also dressing ramming the exca ed earth and diredted by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Including Upkar, Levy fee, Toll and Royality but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(As per G.O.:- 10598M.T./ G.C./60M.T./ 2012 Dt 23.11.2012 (Including Upkar, Levy fee, Toll and Royality but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including Upkar, Levy fee, Toll and Royality but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including Upkar, Levy fee, Toll and Royality but excluding G.S.T.)

Carted Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge.
