Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic burmer incliding as per Tecnical Specification clause 503. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

P/L of open graded premix carpeting of 20mm thick composed with 13.2 mm to 5.60mm grit aggregate or approved graded grit @ 0.27 cum/10Sqm. using bitumen (VG-10) @ 146.00 Kg./100Sqm. as bearing course, including heating of bitumen to required temperature, and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. Providing and applying seal coat type ‘C’ with 2.36 mm gauge stone grit @ 0.90 cum/100 Sqm & bitumen (VG-10) 65 kg/100 Sqm including heating of bitumen to required temperature, mixing of stone grit with suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, 15 cm thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost of polythene sheet and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loan, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30m and including filling waterning and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space in to the building and the side of foundation tranches.3 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Concrete with 4cm. Gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F:M. and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. SI No- 273

Laying and compacting dry O.B.B. 40mm. Gauge in foundation in layers of not more than 15cm. Thickness including local sand, in ratio 2:1 as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required and including watering & ramming for proper completion of work.

Supply and laying & fixing NP-3, 350mm dia hume pipe including of material, labour, T&P and all taxes etc completed

M-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth and incliding supply of all meterial T&P and labour cess etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge. for proper complection of the work. (SI No - 307-309)

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of the fine sand of 1.25 finenes modulus on brick work including supply of all materials labour and completion of work. Si No 574

Concrete with 2 cm guage stone grit instead 4cm guage stone ballastof fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 1:2:4 in foundation and under floors and incliding supply of all meterial T&P and labour cess etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.required for proper completion of the work. Plain cement concrete with 4cm guage stone ballast and fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. SI No- 281

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.
