TMT Fe-500 steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks. DSR 5.22.6 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

P/L of open graded premix carpeting of 20mm thick composed with 13.2 mm and 11.2mm grit aggregate or approved graded grit @ 0.27 cum/10Sqm. using 80/100 bitumen @ 146.00 Kg./100Sqm. as bearing course, including heating of bitumen to required temperature, and incliding supply of all meterial T&P and labour cess etc. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying seal coat type ‘C’ with 6.8 mm gauge stone grit @ 0.90 cum/100 Sqm & bitumen 65 kg/100 Sqm including heating of bitumen to required temperature, mixing of stone gri with suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand DSR 13.4.1 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete DSR 11.39 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying "brick coba" 120mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other, over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with acrelic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finised smooth & top mashed false square 30 cm x 30 cm and side wall parapet shall be mono tythic plaster wall up to 30 cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonany Coba with top finised plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & including s/o all material, labour, T& P etc complete for proper completion of work. Providing and laying With granite stone of all colour except black, cherry/ruby red of area less than 0.50 sqm gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. DSR 16.87.2 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment. DSR 25-1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) DSR 13.44.1 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: DSR 17.1.1 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and fixing of 100 mm nominal dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
