(Repeated/ Tranvers bar) Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Campound with Rflectorising Glass Beads on Butminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (As per LKO SOR SI No-3, P-54)

Supply, fixing & eraction of biuilt up Overhead Structure of 12m-15m span comprisin of two/three vertical post of 6.00m height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical memver welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure disign & drawing with one fo steel primer and two coat of syntheitc enarnel plant. The work inculdes condtruction of RCC founcation of size 90*90M of requrired depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in ecxcavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast RCC with and 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinformcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevent clauses of MORT&H specificatio section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transporatioin Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all T&P machine, material and labore reuired of proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of Reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminium composite face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeling type IV as per IRC-67:2010 reflective sheeling with MS angle frame of 35x3.

Crash Barrier - Providing & Fixing a 'W' metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated steel metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5mm spaced 2m centre to centre,1.8m high,1.1m below ground/road level, allsteel parts and fitment to be galvanised by hot dip process,all fittings to conform toIS:1367&IS:1364,metal beam rail to be fixed onthe vertical post with (C.C.1:2:4) & Spacer Channel Section 150x75x5mm, 330mm long complete as per clause 810.

TRAFFIC SIGNS - SINGLE CHEVRON (SIGN BOARD) Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing (50x60 cm Single Chevron).
