Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 but excluding GST including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finish to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, 15 cm thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost of polythene sheet including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundaiton trenches. (SI. No. 251) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Concrete with 4cm Gauge stone ballast coarse sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors (SI. No. 281) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost including making of drip coarse. (SI No. 283) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Mild steel or TMT Bars(Fe-500D grade or higher) or HYSD Bars or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel. (SI No. 504) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter(20") depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. (8") layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M(5ft.) lifts and 30M (100ft.) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M(100ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST (SI. No. 253A Ch-4) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Maintenance of road for next five year after completion contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 15% of Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including cess and Excluding GST) For 1st Year 0.00%

Maintenance of road for next five year after completion contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 2.5% of Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST.) For 1st Year 0.00%
