Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static Roller capacity, finished to required level & grades Bitumen @ 14.6 Kg./ 10 sqm. area for premixing including all Taxes, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 508. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bituminous surfsce P.C. surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with 6.7 mm nominal size grit of approved quarry @ 0.09 cum per 10sqm with Bitumen @ 6.50 kg/10sqm including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all material , Labour & T&P etc. as per Clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Construction of plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per claus 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less then 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed site form work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micorn thick polythine film wedges steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate viobrators and finished in countinous operations including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints applying primer sealent and construction joint, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slab for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to ines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In- charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment
