Providing and laying Type "C" seal coat by manual means with VG-10 sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (By Mechanical Means)

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding ½ metre (20") in depth & earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5ft) lifts and 30 m (100") lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with 30 metres (100 ft) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. excluding royalty which shall be paid as applicable. (SOR No. - 253)

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space bwtween the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge of 30 m from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors & window excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B,W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary crentering & shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire cost being included in the item

Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforcement brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including benefit for proper completion fo the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lappign and hooks.
