Providing and applying Primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying prime at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical pecification Clause 503.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - I By Manual Means (I)Bitumen (S-90)

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat by Manual Means with VG-10 Grade Bitument sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Local clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m (100 ft.) and including filling watering and ramming or excavated earth into the trenches or in to space between and building and the sides of foundation trenches of into plinth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto distance of 30 m (100 ft) from the foundation trenches. Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 6:3:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per Chap-5 S.I. No. 280)

Random course Rubble massonary in 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Chpt-8 Add Item (b)

Raised pointing with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar on brick work in proportion of 1:2 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work (S.I. No-577)

Cement concrete with 20mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per Chap-5 S.I. No. 279a)

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with 1part of cement and 4 part of find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus.S.I.No-584
