Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (Stabilization with emulsion3.5% and cement 1% ) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Considering density of milled bituminous material as 2.3 weight of 93.10 cum milled material will be 214.13 tonnes. Taking average bulk density as 1.50 tonnes/cum loose volume of loose material will be 142.75 cum which will produce (225x142.75)/121.19 ie 265.00 cum ETA (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 per cent of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519. (DBM Including Recycled material). (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of New Jursy Type median as per drawing and specification (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of median and Island above road level with approved material brought from borrow pits, spread, sloped and compacted as per clause 408 (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of U-type Drain (0.75x1.00m) with Utility Duct (0.75m x1.00m) along the road side . Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth ad directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete. Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete M-20 grade in foundation as per drawing and Technical Specification. (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing weep holes with 150 mm dia PVC pipe. (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)

RCC Hume Pipes NP-3 (750mm) inculidng collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 find sand) including testing of joints. (Including all taxes, Labour cess but excluding GST)
