Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface., mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD specification 401. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (For Grading-II ). Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

SOR No. 765. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen cold Emulsion slow Setting on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Including cost of all material, Labour, T&P, as per (S.I.No- 502). Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet by Manual Means of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD specific ations 508. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation. Including supply of all material labour ,tools, and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. SI. No. 275

M-150 brick work in 1:4 (one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labou, tools & plants ect. Required for porper completion of the work. SI. No. 305a. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Struk cement pointing with 1:2 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M mortar with colouring supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. Required for porper completion of the work. SI. No. 574. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Supply and laying 350 mm Dia Hume pipe and filling the joint with cement and spun yarn including cost of all material, labour T&P all taxes. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and Fixing of Km. Stone. Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and Fixing of Hecto meter stone, Including cost of all materaial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectiorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting the retro- reflecive sheeting type-IV shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of Government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender vide MOR&TH clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a miled steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete, as per direction E-In-Charge Note: The Composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer & authorized converter of at least 7 years shall be furnished on non judicial stamp of required denomination both for retro reflective sheet and also complete signage.
