Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual specification. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete but including bitumen and excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but including bitumen and excluding cost of GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, as per Technical Specification Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost of GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Ioam,clay or sand) Including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches as per S.I.No.251(a) including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of engineer incharge.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. .including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of engineer incharge.

Plain / Reinforcement cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications RCC Grade M-20 including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hook and authorised overlapping shall be measured as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance Charges of Bituminous Road (Part-A) Maintenance wiil be done by the contractor for 5 years from date of actual completion of work as per ENC Circular no. 3689C-OPRMC/Mool-23-24, Date-17.02.2024

Maintenance Charges of Cement Concrete Road (Part-B) Maintenance wiil be done by the contractor for 5 years from date of actual completion of work as per ENC Circular no. 3689C-OPRMC/Mool-23-24, Date-17.02.2024
