Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Brick on edge pavement with straight over burnt brick on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with fine sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared cleaned surface (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.503) . Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-II) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C letter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Provinding & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Supply & fixing of raised pavement marker (Cat Eye/Road stud) with Made of Plastic body of RPM/Road Stud shall be moolded from ASA (Acrylic Styrne Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer.The marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face,lenses shall be mouled of meithyl methecrylate confirming to ASTM D788 of equivalent.The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base & the area of each retro-reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm.The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name,trade or other means of identification of the manufacture epoxy installations,excess adhesive around the edge of the marker excess adhesive on the pavement & adhesive on the exposed surface of the marker shall be immediately removed.The Contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflecting panel,to the Engineer in addtion a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers,in case the markers are displaced, damaged,get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standard the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer,at his own cost.The rate shall include all material,labour,T&P, transportation,installation & incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing & fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3,fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour & luminance,shrinkage,flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss & fungus resistance,3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International /Government Laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting & in case the certificate is obtained from international condition,it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively,a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally.In such a situation,the Employer / Client, if so desires,could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012.
