Supply, fixing & eraction of biuilt up Cantilever structure 6m span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00m height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical memver welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure disign & drawing with one fo steel primer and two costs of syntheitc enarnel plant. The work inculdes condtruction of RCC founcation of size 90*90M of requrired depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in ecxcavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast RCC withand 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinformcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevent clauses of MORT&H specificatio section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transporatioin Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all T&P machine, material and labore reuired ofr proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing of high intensity retro reflective sign boards made of 2.00mm Aluminum of 4.00mm aluminum composite panel (ACP) face to be fully convert with high intensity prismatic XI grade retire reflective sheeting in required colorfully processed on pressure sensitive adhesive of equivalment process with test matter and border of same sheeting Cutting by computerized cutting machine and proceed with base of aluminum sheet back of base sheet supported with frame of MS angle size 35x35x5mm back frame shall be painted with stove enamel paint with 7 years warranty confirming to IRC specification including design fabrication supply and erection of the sign board and also including or all T&P machine material and labour required fo proper completion of work.
