6M Span over Structure with 300 dia MS one vertical post Supply, fixing & erection of built up dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick lean Concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast RCC with and 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 200 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of 5 structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 -2010 complete in all respect. The rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transportation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Retro Reflective Signs (Type-XI sheet). Providing and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of customized modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron framework, aluminum composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet and electro cut colored overlay film. Latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No. panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminum on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop reverting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012& proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded wile quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labor, equipment’s, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
