Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30 mtr, including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Concrete with 40mm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of work (UP SoR 281/2018)

Providing & laying coloured and textured imprinted cast in place concrete flooring, applying finishing the top surface, in accordance with sprinkling of colour hardener at the rate of 2.7 kg./sq.mt. Floating the surface application of release agent, stamping the concrete with stamping tools, cleaning the surface with water jet and application of acrylic based sealer (Bomanite or equivalent) for finishing complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. The work includes providing and Laying av. 100 mm thick M25 grade BMC / RMC concrete including well compaction, necessary finishing top surface, side supports, leveling,; pumping, curing, compound etc. complete. Treatment of Construction Joints by Groove cutting of size 4 mm x 20 mm in panel size approximately 3mtr x 3 mtr all complete as per approved design, pattern & direction of Engineer in charge. Providing of concrete with 20mm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in approved proportion 1:2:4 including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc. required for proper complete as directed engineer-in-charge.(SoR 281/2018)

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as a RCC or RB work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. (SoR-2018-504) consider 100Kg per one cum of concrete

Class M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

18mm thick plaster in on external walls with 1:6 cement & fine mortar including materials, labour and T&P etc., required completion of work

Providing White Washing two coat including supply of materials labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work complete as per specifications and as per design and drawing complete., including transportation and labour charges as directed by engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished granite, pre-moulded and pre-polished, machine cut for platforms of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including pointing, rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per specifications and including all accessories necessary and all other as required (as specified by engineer-in- charge) as per design and drawing complete., including transportation and labour charges as directed by engineer-in- charge.

Supply and Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge

Providing and Laying of Turfing on with approve green grass sods as per drawings, Technical Specification Clause No. 307 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Planting of trees (as per specified by dept.) by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trench, watering, fixing the tree guard

Providing and fixing of MS Grill or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding bolts, hold fast, tie rod grating etc., brought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work .

Painting or Varnishing new work in small areas with one coat (up to one sq.mt) of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and paints etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the I.S.I No. 103-1950.

Providing and fixing Color coded Dust Bin (2 plastic bin) mounted on stainless steel stand completed with all respect including fixing, installation completed at all respect

Supply and fixing of 60mm thick rectangular shaped Mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete paver blocks manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan and dimension 200 x (160+120mm) with minimum 5mm thick lopping of DP cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete paver shall not be less than 30Mpa, including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer in charge including base of 50mm thick local sand.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective)of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Providing and laying Non Pressure 450mm dia NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete

Providing and Placing Sitting Benches, Fiber Strips + Cast Iron of size 1500mm X 450mm X 500mm in brushed/rough finish and cut shape for seating as per design/finish approved by Client, treated with water resistant Treatment coatings and all complete in direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

S/F of Smart City For branding signage made of stainless steel plate of size 750X300 mm, 2 mm Gauge including Letters engraved 1 mm deep & painted in the sheet fixed with 2 numbers of 1 m height CP pole of 50 mm dia and fixed with cement concrete as per design and drawing complete in all respect as directed by engineer in charge.
