Design, Engineering, Construction of Multi-Level Car Parking, Commercial Space Building (at plot GG-I, Civil Lines, S.P. Road, Prayagraj City (U.P) under Prayagraj Smart City Limited on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) basis”. As per details :- Planning & Design of Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) Building with Commercial Space option as per applicable Allahabad Development Authority Building Construction and Development bylaws – Housing and Urban Planning Department Uttar Pradesh – 2008 and its latest edition with following details: 1) Name of Land Plot: GG-I, S.P. Road, Civil Lines, Prayagraj 2) Plot Size: 7606 Sqm 3) Minimum ECS: 650 No’s without mechanized 4) Minimum Commercial Space: 5,700 Sqm. 5) Minimum FAR: 3.00 6) Take all necessary approvals for Pre-construction and during Constructional activities. 7) Carry out all Geo-technical Investigation as required for Structural Design. 8) Construction of building and providing all necessary Utility services as per finalized layout in conformity to NBC provisions & other applicable Allahabad Development Authority Building Construction and Development bylaws – Housing and Urban Planning Department Uttar Pradesh – 2008 and its latest edition. 9) Handing over of the building with Building Occupation Certificate as per applicable rules. Note: A). Rate quoted will be lump-sum of the MLCP Building (inclusive of Commercial space) as One unit B). The rate quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive of all taxes and excluding GST. GST will be paid extra as per applicable rates. GST amount will be reimbursed on submission of Original Challan received from Concerned Authorities. .
