Cement concrte with 40 mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1 : 1.5 :3 in raft foundation & footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.

40 mm thick fine dressed red sand stone flooring (size of red sand stone slab should not be less than 500mm x 500mm) over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone.(flooring pattern should be as per design and as directed by Engineer in Charge)
