The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works on an EPC (Turnkey) basis in the last seven years. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible works completed, including the name of the work, location, owner/client, type of work, and work components. For each experience of completed work in the 40% category (40% of the cost of the proposed work <= CE < 50% of the cost of the proposed work), 3.33 marks are to be awarded for each experience in the 40% category. For each experience of completed work in the 50% category (50% of the cost of the proposed work <= CE < 80% of the cost of the proposed work), 6 marks are awarded for each experience up to two such projects (12 marks for 02 projects), and afterwards 4 marks for each experience in the 50% category. A minimum of 12 marks (60% of 20 Marks) is required for experience in similar nature of work; if the bidder scores less than 12 marks, they are considered non-responsive. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years, and the forms "T-2/1, T-2/2, and T-2/3" are to be submitted, which list all works successfully completed during this period. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed, including the value of these works. The value of existing commitments, works for which the Appointed Date/Commencement Date has been declared, and ongoing works should also be provided. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the cost of the proposed work during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should have a solvency equal to or more than 40% of the cost of the proposed work certified by their bankers. The available bidding capacity should be more than the total bid value.
