The required prior work experience for the bidder can be fulfilled in the following ways: - One project of 80% or above value of the present project. - Two projects of 60% or above value of the present project. - Three projects of 40% or above value of the present project. The experience can be either as a single entity or on a cumulative basis. The bidder should have experience of having independently provided Comprehensive Integrated Consultancy (CIC)/ Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services for completed/substantially completed projects of Construction of Hospital/ Medical College/Medical University with multistorey hospital, academic, administrative, and residential building. The value of the executed works shall be computed by applying escalation on the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 8% per annum. Works completed to the extent of 80% physical progress shall be awarded 75% marks in the respective category, provided a proper certificate is issued by the competent authority of the employer. Experience as an independent CIC/PMC will be counted as 100% marks, while experience as a DPR Consultant or Authority Engineer will be counted as 50% marks. The bidder must provide certificates issued by the client's organization to support their work experience, and the value of work will be considered commensurate with the value of TDS certificates. The projects should have been completed during the last 10 years, fulfilling relevant norms. The cost of the projects is mentioned as up to Rs 100 Cr and more than Rs 100 Cr. The bidder needs to provide information about the projects they have completed, including the name and location of the project, nature of the project, components of the project, cost of the project, and the role of the bidder in the project.
