The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having independently provided Authority Engineer/ Project supervision/Independent Engineer/Comprehensive Integrated Consultancy (CIC)/ Project Monitoring Consultant (PMC) Services for completed/ substantially completed projects of Construction of Jungle safari/ Night Safari/ Zoological Park building projects. The number of projects required to fulfill this technical capability will be as follows: * One project of 80% & above value of the present proposed project, * Or two projects of 60% & above value of the present proposed project, * Or three projects of 40% & above value of the present proposed project. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in various areas, including: 1. Experience as an Independent Engineer/Authority Engineer/Construction Supervision in minimum one number of building projects of the cost equal to 40% of the project cost of a similar category for which the RFP is invited in the last 7 years. 2. Experience in DPR preparation for a minimum of one number of building projects (of cost 40% of the project cost of a similar category for which the RFP is invited) in the last 7 years. 3. Experience in minimum one third-party checking of building projects in the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be computed by applying escalation on the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 8% per annum. The works which are completed to the extent of 80% physical progress shall be awarded 75% marks in the respective category. The bidder should also have a minimum of two professionals who possess a degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Structural Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineering and 8 years of experience in building construction, with employment in the firm for more than one year. The bidder should have completed building projects of a similar category, with a cost equal to 40% of the project cost. However, the exact amount of similar works completed is not specified. The bidder should have a minimum financial capability of Rs. 1.00 Crores Solvency Certificate duly issued by a banker. In the case of a Consortium, each partner should meet at least 25% and the lead partner at least 50% out of the qualifying limit in case of experience of particular consultancy and financial turnover. The experience and financial turnover shall be clubbed together.
