The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works in the last 7 years. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar nature of work awards marks as follows: - 6 marks for each experience in the 50% category (50% of cost of proposed work <= CE < 80% of cost of proposed work), up to two projects (12 marks for 2 projects), and 4 marks for each subsequent experience in this category. - 12 marks for the first experience in the 80% category (80% of cost of proposed work <= CE), and 8 marks for each subsequent experience in this category. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned include: - 50% category: 50% of cost of proposed work <= CE < 80% of cost of proposed work - 80% category: 80% of cost of proposed work <= CE - Substantially completed works: 80% physical progress, awarded 75% marks. Additionally, specific requirements are mentioned for various systems, including: - HVAC System: One similar work with individual Variable Refrigerant Flow System/Variable Refrigerant system capacity not less than 725 HP, or two similar works with individual capacity not less than 450 TR. - STP: One similar work with capacity not less than 240 KLD SBR based STP, or two similar works each with capacity not less than 150 KLD SBR based STP. - Fire Fighting System: Experience of having successfully completed similar specialized works with at least one work involving supply & installation of firefighting system including sprinklers, fire pumps & wet riser, etc. - Lifts works: The associated agency shall be as per the approved makes. - DG Set: One similar work with individual DG capacity not less than 2400 KVA, or two similar works with individual DG capacity not less than 1500 KVA. - Substation: One similar work with individual transformer capacity not less than 2000 KVA, or two similar works with individual transformer capacity not less than 1250 KVA. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: - Three similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work; - Two similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the proposed work; - One similar completed/substantially completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work. The bidder should also have experience in constructing Sports Complex/Stadiums of seating capacity of Minimum 15000 as per ICC/BCCI norms and allied buildings of the stadium in the last 07 years, including all civil works, internal water supply, sanitary installations, internal Electrical Installations and services. The marks for experience in similar class of works are awarded as follows: - For each experience of completed work in 40% category (40% of cost of proposed work <= CE < 50% of cost of proposed work), 3.33 marks are awarded. - For each experience of completed work in 50% category (50% of cost of proposed work <= CE < 80% of cost of proposed work), 5 marks are awarded. - For each experience of completed work in 80% category (80% of cost of proposed work <= CE), 10 marks are awarded. The total marks for experience in similar nature of work should be at least 10 or 12 marks for the bidder to be considered responsive.
