The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works, specifically "Construction of RCC framed building Project including all civil works, internal water supply, sanitary installations, internal Electrical Installations and services." The bidder must have completed at least one of the following: * Three similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work * Two similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the proposed work * One similar completed/substantially completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work Additionally, the bidder must have experience of having executed one Medical College/ Hospital work with a minimum of 100 beds, either RCC framed or composite, in the last 7 years, including all civil works, internal water supply, sanitary installations, internal Electrical Installations, and services. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material supplied by the respective Client Department, but excluding those supplied by the Client Department free of cost. The evaluation criteria include experience in similar nature of work during the last seven years, with a maximum of 20 marks. The bidder must secure at least 50% or 60% marks in each attribute and minimum 75% marks in aggregate. For each experience of completed work in 50% category (50% of cost of proposed work <= CE < 80% of cost of proposed work), 6 marks are to be awarded for each experience up to two such projects (12 marks for 02 projects) and afterwards 4.00 marks for each experience in 50% category. For each experience of completed work in 80% category (80% of cost of proposed work <= CE), 12 marks are to be awarded for the first experience and afterwards 8 marks for each experience in 80% category. Alternatively, for each experience of completed work in 50% category, 5 marks are to be awarded for each experience in 50% category. For each experience of completed work in 80% category, 10 marks are to be awarded for each experience in 80% category. The works which are completed to the extent of 80% physical progress shall be considered as substantially completed and shall be awarded 75% marks in the respective category. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 40% of the cost of the proposed work - 50% of the cost of the proposed work - 80% of the cost of the proposed work - 7% per annum simple rate - 100 beds for Medical College/ Hospital work - 50% marks for projects costing less than 100 cr - 60% marks for projects costing more than 100 cr - 75% marks in aggregate - 20 marks for experience in similar nature of work - 12 marks for two projects in 50% category - 6 marks for each experience up to two such projects in 50% category - 4 marks for each experience after two projects in 50% category - 12 marks for the first experience in 80% category - 8 marks for each experience after the first in 80% category - 5 marks for each experience in 50% category (alternative) - 10 marks for each experience in 80% category (alternative) - 75% marks for substantially completed works - 50% of 20 Marks (10 marks) for non-responsiveness in one case - 60% of 20 Marks (12 marks) for non-responsiveness in another case.
