Safe Cartage of line accessories as Distribution Box, Cross arm, M.S channel, Angle, Cross Arm, stone pad, Disc Insulator with fitting, Pin Insulator with pin, Dropper channel, Stay Set, Earthing Complete, Fuse Set, T-off Channel, T/F Base Angle, Termination Kits etc. or any other items mentioned in Estimate required for complete the work including loading and unloading both ends.

Fixing and Commissiong of line accessories i.e. Distribution Box, Cross arm, M.S channel, Angle, Cross Arm, stone pad, Disc Insulator with fitting, Pin Insulator with pin, Dropper channel, Stay Set, Earthing Complete, Fuse Set, T-off Channel, T/F Base Angle, etc. or any other items mentioned in Estimate required for complete the work at Line, Single Pole, Double Pole, Transformer, Metering system with complete connections and work in all respect as per RESPO.

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 'F' bracket 75x10mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, Stone Pad Al. Binding wire and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required for Single Pole as following :

Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 65x8mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, P.G.Clamp, Stone Pad, Al. Binding wire, 'E' bracket 75x10mm, and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr long, from G.I.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing G.I.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. Double Pole Structures of PCC Pole -75 Nos and ST Pole - 25Nos.

Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per RESPO. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. The work are as Follows :

Fixing of Stay set complete (G.I.Stay rod 16x1800mm, Stay wire 5Kg, Guy insulator, G.I.Stay clamp, bolt, nut & wasther) for LT/11KV/33KV line with Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 11KV and Stay Clamps with Grouting of stay rods (20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Driving of MS earth rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I. wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts for pole earthing.

Safe Cartage of following conductor from any Store Centre of PVVNL to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends and Laying lifting, stringing & proper sagging of 4/5 phases ACSR conductor (LT/HT) in accordance with Line chart includidng binding and fixing of all accessories in Conductor in parallel as per site requirement for New Connection to Consumer with binding, jumpering etc with complete connections in all respect.

Carriage of 3x50/70/120/185/220/385/300 sqmm of LT/11KV/33 KV XLPE cable from any Store Center sector 20,Noida/J.E Store/Ghaziabad/Any Store of PVVNL Discom to work site, loading & unloading both side with Laying, Looping, sagging and comissioning of XLPE Cable in Double Ckt./SINGLE CKT. by manual method after digging trench of dia 220 mm in two parallel bores for Double Curcuit/Single circuiit by manual method at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as requirement at site) below the ground level for laying cable and refilling of trench including connections at both ends after providing and crimping of lugs of proper size for completion of work and Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minium 18No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and Stone Slab of size 450x600x50mm on top of the each Cable, Providing 150 thickness mm River sand for cushion beneath and 150mm above the cable and Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly with making of double pole riser and complete work in all respect.

Carriage of 3x50/70/120/185/220/385/300 sqmm of LT/11KV/33 KV XLPE cable from any Store Center sector 20,Noida/J.E Store/Ghaziabad/Any Store of PVVNL Discom to work site, loading & unloading both side with Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop and making risers at double pole and re-filling of pits in proper manner with required material at kacha/pakka and hot mix road and Laying and comissioning of LT/11KV/33KV XLPE Double Ckt./SINGLE CKT. by Drilling of dia 220 mm in two parallel bores for Double Curcuit by trenchless method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as requirement at site) below the ground level with Providing of HDPE Pipe (PVVNL GTP APPROVED HDPE PIPE SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH INSPECTION.) as per site requirement and Laying of HDPE Pipe dia by HDD trenchless method for 11KV, 3x185sq.mm XLPE cable as per site requirement. Laying and commissiong of 11KV 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable Double Ckt. in HDPE Pipe dia after digging HDD trenchless method boring including complete connections at both ends after providing and crimping of lugs of proper size for completion of work. as per site requirement.

Preparation, fixing and making of 11/33/LT KV Power Cable ends: FIXING AND COMMISSIONING of 11/33KV/LT KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor/Indoor jointing kits/ for different HT/LT XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Preparation, fixing and making of 11/33/LT KV Power Cable ends: FIXING AND COMMISSIONING of 11/33KV/LT KV XLPE STRAIGHT THROUGH for different HT/LT XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Providing and Fixing of Barbed Wire on Pole for Safety of Pole on 7Ft. Height with complete work in all respect. (All material and work in the scope of contractor.)

Safe Cartage of Metering System, CT,PT, CT/PT, Cubicle, Breaker, VCB or any other equipments mentioned in estimate and required for complete the work from any Store Centre of PVVNL to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends and Installation, Fixing and Commissioning of Metering System and CT/PT with Cubicle/BREAKER/VCB with chemical Earthing with mounting on double pole/Meter Room and making all the connections complete in all respect.
