Supply and Errection of the ABOVE Following material AND SUPPLY & ERRECTION OF THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL for completing the work as per RESPO.

FIXING OF ABOVE 33KV HT 3X300SQMM CABLE IN RMU AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT WITH COMPLETE CONNECTIONS IN ALL RESPECT.

MAKING AND FIXING OF OUTDOOR STRAIGHT THROUGH BOX OF 3X300SQMM XLPE CABLE WITH HEPL OF JOINTER WITH COMPLETE CONNECTIONS IN ALL RESPECT.

WORK SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RMUs AT PRIMARY SUBSTATION GIS 220KV SECTOR-129 NOIDA FOR UN-INTERUPTTED SUPPLY TO 33KV FEEDER NO. 22 (33/11KV SECTOR 150), FEEDER NO. 23 (33/11KV SECTOR 100), FEEDER NO. 14 (33/11KV SECTOR 5Nos. Socitey) AND FEEDER NO. 4 (33/11KV SECTOR 83&GULSHAN HOMES) UNDER EUDD - II, NOIDA AS PER FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION AND ATTACHED APPROVED G.T.P. :-

SUPPLY AND PROPER INSTALLATION OF 33KV 800 Amps extensible to 1250Amps., outdoor duty 3-way, fully motorised and manually operated Ring main unit (1 LBS+2 VCB/SF6) consisting of copper busbar in SF6/AIR insulated. RMU should be type tested for internal arc of 21 KA for 1 Sec. for Gas tank and cable chamber with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personnel .Suitable CT with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) for Protection to be provided with VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits Or similar technology. All the necessary wirings and Dummy panel /space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibility with SCADA system (Supply of FRTU is not in scope) . Aux. PT Battery, Charger etc. for Motorised operation of RMU to be provided. The scope is including Plinth/Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Complete RMU and its accessories should be suitable for altitude of 1000 Mtrs above Sea Level. ( Makes: ABB / Siemens / Eaton / Schneider). FOR 33KV BAY 23, 14 AND 04 at SECTOR 129, NOIDA with complete connections in all respect.

Construction of Plinth of size 6'x3'x3' (LxWxH) for above RMUs complete in all respect.

PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR ABOVE RMUs (WITH ALL MATERIAL AND LABOUR) AFTER INSTALLATION RESISTANCE SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE OHM. AS PER FOLLOWING (The all material and labour shall be provided by the contractor with 12 month guarantee for resistance value less than one OHM.)

Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe type proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for RMUsF installed at Above 33/11 KV Substation .

Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for RMUs installed at Above 33/11 KV Substation .

Providing and fixing of PVC Pit covers for above earthing electrode terminals.

Providing of 01 No. Technical person (knowledge about RMUs operation) for technical support for smooth operation of above RMUs in warranty period.
