11 KV CABLE INDOOR JOINTING KIT 3x185 Sqmm

Complete work of installing the electrical material ( Centralized / Decentralized) at the site.

Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of 11KV RMU 3 Way 12kv 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 , BIL 28 KV/75 KV peak, push/plug type side extension provision, outdoor, manual operated Ring Mains Unit comprising of 2 load break switch and 1 vaccum circuit breaker (O/G) consisting of busbar in SF6 insulated 304 grade SS tank minimum 2mm thick having type tested reports accordingly. RMU should be front accessible and manufactured in OEM facotry only. Manufacturing through/at authorised partner/integrator shall not be acceptable. RMU should be Type Tested for Internal arc of 21 KA for 1 Sec with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personnel. Suitable Ct ratio of 300-50/1A, 10P10 2.5VA with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) for Protection to be provided in case of VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits, (The scope is including Plinth/ Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer incharge. complete in all respect.

Providing of earth electrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe type proper hot dip Galvanization dia 50mm length 3 mtr- 32mmx 6mm terminal connection hole dia8mm. The cavity between the pipe & Pipe is filled with conductive Mixture- for hermetically Filling inside the cavity i.r. between secondary conductor & Primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductivive carbon/ cement and bonding materail elc. The electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the electrode should be galvanized the characteristics of this compound. Each electrode should be supplied with bags of 25Kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each) CPRI tested for RMUs installed at above 33/11 KV substations BEGHRAJPUR INDUSTRY. All necessary decentralized materails will be provided by the contractor/Firm.
