11 KV CABLE INDOOR JOINTING KIT 3x185 Sqmm

Complete work of installing the electrical material received from the store center at the site.

Supply & fixing of 12kv 630 Amps 21KA for 3Sec. SF6 , BIL 28 KV/75 KV peak, extensible, outdoor duty 3-way, fully motorised and manually operated Ring Mains Unit originally manufactured byOEM in its factory only, comprising of one load break switch and 1 vaccum circuit breaker consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated tank with a provision electromechanical interlok to avoid accidental closure of earthing switch even when cable is in live condition. RMU should be Type Tested for internal arc of 21 KA for 1 Sec with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personal. Suitable Ct 200-50/1 A with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) for Protection to be provided with VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits. All the necessary wirings and Dummy panel/space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibility with SCADA system (Supply of FRTU is not in scope). Battery Charger etc. for Motorised Operation of RMU to be provided. The scope is including Plinth/ Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Complete RMU and its accessories should be suitable for altitude of 100 mtr above Sea Level. (ISI High Standard). complete in all respect. All necessary decentralized materials will be provide by the contractor / Firm.

Providing of earth electrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe type proper hot dip Galvanization dia 50 mm lenth 3 mtr - 32mm x6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & Pipe is filled with conductive Mixture - for hermetically Filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & Primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc. The electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the electrode should be galvanized the characteristics of this compound is highly conductive, nonmagnetic & noncorrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound. Each electrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for RMUs installed at above 33/11 KV Substations Beghrajpur Industry. All necessary decentralized materials will be provide by the contractor / Firm.
