Errection of above Following material and Supply and errection of the DE-CENTRALISED material for completing the works as per RESPO.

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 65x8mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, P.G.Clamp, Stone Pad, Al. Binding wire, 'E' bracket 75x10mm, and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr long, from G.I.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing G.I.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per RESPO. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. Single Pole and Double Pole (a) ST 11MTR LONG AND PCC POLE 8.5MTR

FIXING OF DISC INSULATOR WITH FITTINGS AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT.

FIXING OF PIN INSULATOR WITH PIN, COMPLETE WORK IN ALL RESPECT.

FIXING OF TOP CHANNEL AND DROPPER CHANNEL AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT.

Driving of MS earth rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I. wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts for pole earthing. Supply Erection, fixing, grouting of stay rod in cement, sand and brick ballast in ration 1:4:8 in Block 600*600*300 mm with binding & nuzzling including providing & fixing of stay insulator complete in all respect with grouting.

Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay set complete with wireand stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 11KV and Stay Clamps with Grouting of stay rods (20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

FIXING OF X ARM AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT.

Supply of 160mm OD PN-4-PE-80 Grade UV Stabilized HDPE Pipe.(PVVNL GTP APPROVED)

Drilling of dia 220 mm in two parallel bores for Double Curcuit by trenchless method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as requirement at site) below the ground level with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-4, DN-160mm dia by HDD trenchless method for 11KV, 3x185sq.mm XLPE cable as per site requirement. (PVVNL GTP APPROVED HDPE PIPE SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH INSPECTION.)

Laying and commissiong of 11KV 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable Double Ckt. in HDPE Pipe dia after digging HDD trenchless method boring including complete connections at both ends after providing and crimping of lugs of proper size for completion of work. as per site requirement.

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop and making risers at double pole and re-filling of pits in proper manner with required material at kacha/pakka and hot mix road. (All Work and material in the scope of contractor)

TREE CUTTING AND CHOPPING IN WAY OF LINE BY BOOM BARRIER MACHINE AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT

Preparation and Fixing of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Making and Fixing of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor jointing kits suitable for 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Providing and Fixing of GI Pipe 6" Dia as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixing of Ms Holding Clamp as per site requirement.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 OR 4 phases ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with Line chart includidng binding and fixing of all accessories in 03Nos OR 04 Nos. Conductor in parallel as per site requirement.

Road Cutting and Road Restoration Charges for the above work.
