Supply and Errection of the ABOVE Following material AND SUPPLY & ERRECTION OF THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL for completing the work as per RESPO.

Installation and Commissioning of 11/0.4 KV, 250 KVA T/F Mounted on Plinth as per site requirement and providing & fixing of Lugs & copper L-piece (04 No.) of size 400x50x6mm and making of L.T.Connections with complete work in all respects.

Installation and Fixing of 11 KV Fuse Set: Assembling and installation of fuse set on the fuse set structure of the T/F. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required. Complete work in all respect.

Laying, Sagging and Re-Sagging of AB Cable 3x120sqmm at different locations of T/F as per site requirement.

Laying Fixing of LT XLPE Alu. Cable1x400 sqmm at different locations of T/F as per site requirement. as per site requirement.

Chemical Earthing of BODY AND NEUTRAL OF DISTRIBUTION T/F : Providing of earth elctrode strip in pipe terminal type chemical earthing proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr down conductor size - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the strip & pipes is filled with condutive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be zinc coated the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of Pgs backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested to connect the above chemical earthing with the GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for distribution transformer.

Construction of New Plinth for 250KVA & above capacity Distribution Transformers, The size of plinth shall be 2M long 2m wide and the height of the plinth shall be 1.50 M with 20 cm. thick top slab with 02 no. 125x65mm MS channel 2 M long embedded in it. The repairing work includes excavation of earth, laying of brick ballast pad for foundation brickwork, CC and plastering and proper curing. The ratio of cement/course sand/fine sand/brick ballast/stone grit as per RESPO schedule including unloading and Loading of the transformer with complete work in all respect. (All work and material in the scope of the Contractor)

Construction of New Fencing of Transformer. The fencing shall be frame of size 1.5mt x1.80 mt fabricated out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x5 mm having 2 Nos. legs of 45 Cm. long in each frameduly welded and fixed with wire mesh of size 75mm 25mm, 10 SWG within the frame, pressed under MS flat of size 25x5 mm inside the angle iron on all four sides with the help of approx. 20 Nos. bolts and nuts. of 10 mm dia along with cross bracing of 25x5 mm MS flat on every frame will be grouted in 1:2:4 cement mortar with cement, coarse sand 20 mm gauge stone ballast in the size 0.22x0.22x0.45 Mtrs. Every frame after repairing will be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of blue synthetic enamel paint of approved make after proper cleaning. The above mentioned frame will be jointed with each other with 70 mm long MS flat of size 25x5mm by first class welding as per site. Fabrication and providing of wire mesh fencing frame for gate of size 1.5x180 Mtrs. Fabricated as items no. 2 and fixing of gate frame at each S/S as per site requirement with grouted frame providing 3 Nos. 100 mm size heavy duty hinges duly welded and having suitable locking arrangment and proper painting.

Supply and Installation & Fixing of Three Phase Distribution Box as per site requirement with complete connections in all respect. (GTP Approved)

Providing and Fixing of Holding Clamp with Nut & Bolt as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixing of Pearcing Clamp with Nut & Bolt as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixing of Suspension Clamp with Nut & Bolt as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixing of Off size Nut & Bolt as per site requirement.

Removal of 26 Nos. 100KVA T/F and 1 Nos. 160KVA T/F from the different sites under EDD-Dadri and its Safe Carriage to any Store Centre of PVVNL including loading and unloading from both sides.
