The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 65x8mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, P.G.Clamp, Stone Pad, Al. Binding wire, 'E' bracket 75x10mm, and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr long, from G.I.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing G.I.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay set with wire and stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 11KV and Stay Clamps and Grouting of stay rods (20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Preparation and Fixing of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Making and Fixing of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor jointing kits suitable for 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Driving of MS earth rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I. wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts for pole earthing. Supply Erection, fixing, grouting of stay rod in cement, sand and brick ballast in ration 1:4:8 in Block 600*600*300 mm with binding & nuzzling including providing & fixing of stay insulator complete in all respect with grouting. (All Work and Material in the scope of Contractor)

Chemical Earthing of BODY AND NEUTRAL OF DISTRIBUTION T/F : Providing of earth elctrode strip in pipe terminal type chemical earthing proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr down conductor size - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the strip & pipes is filled with condutive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be zinc coated the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of Pgs backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested to connect the above chemical earthing with the GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for distribution transformer.

Supply and Installation of new L.T. Feeder Pillar (Main Pannel) as per following specification with all relevant certificate

Supply and Installation of new L.T. Feeder Pillar (Main Pannel) as per following specification with all relevant certificate:- 1) LT Feeder Pillar Box (Main Pannel) shall be of 14 SWG HR sheet, having (2) doors, one in front and one doors on back side of 14 SWG with powder coating HR sheet. Doors should have proper locking arrangements with providing crome locks of standard make. It should have a canopy on top in order to prevent it from water ingress in rains. The doors of box should be welded with robust quality hinges and PVC Gasket with provision of 3 hinges on each door and handle on each door with PVC Gasket. The periphery of door of the LT Feeder Pillar Box (Main Pannel) shall be provided with lining of rubber/ PVC to prevent entry of rain, insects, lizards, rats etc. so as to make it vermin proof. 2) The dimension of Feeder Pillar Box (Main Pannel) 1200(Height) X 700(Width) X 450(Depth) mm (With Canopy) and Panel as per site/Load requirment. 3) 04 Nos. Bus Bar insulation coated made of aluminum for red, yellow, blue & neutral phases suitable for 200 Amp. 4) 01 No. ISOLATOR SWITCH/MCCB of 200 Amp. of L&T / Havell’s / ABB/ C&S make for disconnecting of Supply. 5) 24 Nos. KIT KAT Fuse of 415V, 63 Amp. each capacity tested as per IS shall be provided with 8/6 Nos. on each phase so as to cater to 8 Nos. 3 Phase connections of branch pannel. 6) Aluminum crimping lugs of size 400 / 240 Sq.mm. and proper size thimbles shall be provided for safe termination of incomer as well as individual service cable as per qty. requirement. 7) Bakelite sheet shall be provided on the base of channel meant for mounting the Kit Kats. 8) All nuts, bolts & washers used shall be electro galvanized. 9) The height of erected feeder pillar box (Main Pannel) approx. 01 feet from the earth base of angle iron size 40x40x5mm frame with 04 nos. legs of 1.6 feet each (06 inch grount of angle on earth bottam, 6 inch grout in plinth and 6 inch gap in pannel base and plinth) 10) Grouting of Feeder Pillar Box (Main Pannel) as per site requirement complete in all respects. 11) The panel case consisting of door and roof (canopy) shall be powder coated with chemical process (weather proof) of light green color both inside and outside. Before painting, the sun faces shall be thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease and rust. Identification no. shall be written as per direction. 12) Sundry item.

Disconncetion and Reconnection of all incoming & outging connection from pannel as per requirement.

Dismantling of damaged L.T. Main Feeder Pannel from earth on work site and Carriage of dismantled Pannel from works site to JE store / central store & proper stacking with loading & unloading.

Making of Plinth for above Feeder Pillar as per site requirement all material and work for using in plinth will be provided by the contractor.

Installation of above new L.T. Main Feeder Pannel in place of damgaged L.T. Main Feeder Pannel with required items complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing of 3.5 x 240 sq mm aluminium armoured XLPE L.T PVC cable for replacement of damaged cable.

Chemical earthing of above Feeder Pillar as per specification and site requirement. (All material in the scope of contractor).
