R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. guage approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. As in item no. 4 above but for R.C.C. footing (Using 1:1.5:3 Mix concrete).

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Stone work plain ashlar in domes , in super structure upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including centering, shuttering and pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Providing and fixing stone dowels 10x5x2.50 cm cut to double wedge shape as per design in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.

Providing and fixing red sand stone brackets 55x22.5x45 cm sunk and moulded including providing and fixing with 4 Nos gun metal cramp 25x6 mm 30 cm long.

Providing and fixing stainless steel cramps of required size and shape for anchoring stone wall lining to the backing or securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases in stone and holes in walls wherever required.

Providing and fixing copper pins 7.5 cm long 6 mm diameter for securingadjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .

The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50 m x2.00 m made of 40x40x6 mm angle iron or 50x50x3 mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63 mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5 m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50 cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25 mm at both ends with 50 cm long MS angle 40x40x6 mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
