12mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of 2.25FM (as per SI No-584A)

40 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm graded approved stone shingle laid panel finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8cm thick base concrete consisting of cement local sand and brick ballast 4cm gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panel if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all masterial labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (as per SI No-601)

Providing and laying 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified floor tiles of 600mmx600mm size in flooring or skirting laid with Balen Dura/Ladi create of any other approved adhesive compound including supply of all materials, labour T&P required for proper completion of work.

Providing & laying rectified glazed ceremic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more size (thickness to specified by approved make in color) of first quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved maki in color & shade laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement 4 coasre sand) including and matching pigments etc complete size of tiles 600x600mm including supply of all materials, labour T&P required for proper completion of work.

Supply & fixing 5 mm thick approved china white/coloured glazed tiles in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished and jointed with white cement slurry and pigment & polishing complete including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (size of tiles upto 300x300 mm) SI. No. 628a

P/F plain false ceiling of 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board Hiluy confirming to IS: 2095 JIS-5034 P/F of frame work made of special section power press from MS sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating 220 as per IS: 227 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide 16 mm thick with flange of 22 mm and 37 mm at 1200 mm c/c one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 40 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hanger being fixed with nuts bolts to G.I. channel 25 mm x 15 mm x 0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm c/c witch the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each G.I. wire at every junction including fixing of gypsum board with ceiling section. Extra for 12 mm thick Gypsum ultra water resistance instead of 12 mm thick plain gypsum board with calcuim silicate compound only and philp head hilux screws.

Mild steel or iron work of small sizes abd sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast tie rods, gratings etc. (when not including in an overall rates) wrought to required form including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts. Nuts if required and welding, grinding and making holes as required for proper completion of work. SI. No. 502

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 80-100 K.N in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405.3 (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per Techinical specfication Clause 502 (Including all taxes required & including Cost of bitumen emulsion)

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion/bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion/bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Including all taxes required & including Cost of bitumen VG-10)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. to be followed by seal coat of type C as per technical specification clause 508. (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen )

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen )

Providing and laying white cement base putty of average thickness 1 mm approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distemper two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture (as per SI No-649+650)

Painting two coat over priming coat(including cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard make brushing to give an even shade and finish and including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stripping including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work (As per SI No-2+3(iii))

Supply of rain water P.V.C. pipe 110 mm dia ISI mark.

Fixing of 110 mm PVC down pipe with MS clamp including supply of all material labour and tools plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI. No. 730

Removing old wiring from wall & celling including fan, swith board etc complete job work
