Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc: 1. Lowering of boom on proper stand. 2. Complete cleaning/removal of cardium compound from tub assy. and other places of work. 3. Detection of cracks on the tub and lower portion of revolving frame. 4. Lifting of the complete revolving frame to have the clearance of 600mm by jacks and placement of solid support of tub at 8 places and wooden slippers support at the rear of the machine at 4 places. 5. Removal of old swing rollers assembly. 6. Removal of upper and lower rails by cutting the stoppers and cleats. Fitment of new upper and lower rails and fixing of stoppers and cleats after proper alignment. 7. Fitment/ installation of new swing roller assembly. 8. Lowering of complete revolving platform after removal of solid supports from tub as wooden support. 9. Commissioning of rails and rollers assembly and lifting of boom. Other Specifications: 1. Rail and Roller assembly will be provided by department.

Labour charges for Lowering of boom on suitable stand and re erection after completion of work including contractor's profit. . Note: It includes a group of 02 Nos. Skilled Fitter, 02 Nos. Skilled Electrician, 02 Nos. Skilled Rigger, 02 Nos. Semi-Skilled Welder and 04 Nos. Un-Skilled Helper Manpower in 02 Shifts per day for 02 days.

Labour Charges for Cleaning of cardium / grease / oil / waste foreign materials around rail area and under revolving frame including contractor's profit. . Note: It includes a group of 04 Nos. Semi-Skilled and 08 Nos Un-Skilled Manpower in 02 Shifts per day for 06 days.
