Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc: Re-enforcement & Repairing / rebuilding work, replacement of old & worn-out tooth point adaptors and re-placement of shrouds welded including corner shrouds fitment work for 04 Nos. bucket (Front & Rear Door) assemblies of 02 Nos. of PC2000-8, 02 Nos. Bucket of BE 700 and 02 Nos. bucket of TATA-1 Hydraulic Shovels to be repaired in 01 year at Khadia Project. A. Complete cleaning of Bucket. B. Removal of fatigue material by gouging / cutting. C. Rebuilding of worn out area with suitable Electrodes. D. Shaping of padding material as per need by Gas cutting. E. Re-enforcing padding materials / wear plates as required. F. Hard facing in the bucket where required as per OEM specifications. G. Replacement of old / worn out tooth point adaptors and fitment of new tooth point adaptors. H. Replacement of old welded shrouds and fitment new welded shrouds including corner shrouds.

For Repairing of 04 Nos. Buckets of PC2000-8 Loading Hydraulic Shovel:-

Labour Charges for Re-enforcement & Repairing work for bucket (Front & Rear Door), replacement of old & worn-out adaptors and replacement of shroud including corner shroud fitment work for buckets of PC2000-8 Loading Hydraulic Shovels of Khadia Project including contractor's profit. Note : It includes a group of 01 No. Supervisor, 03 Nos. Skilled Welder, 02 Nos. Semi-Skilled Fitter and 02 Nos. Un-Skilled Manpower in 02 shifts per day for 10 days for 01 Job.
