Fabrication of pontoon with MS channel, angle plate, GI pipe etc. Complete in all respect including assembling of all blocks and testing of all blocks as per instruction of Engineer Incharge. Material required for 01 pontoon base channel (100X50X6)-708.4 Kg, Bracing, cleat & clamp etc. Angle (50X50X6mm) 2161.35 kg, MS plate 3.15 mm- 3115.94 Kg. GI pipe 150 mm (40 mtr. Approx)- 845 kg. Total iron & steel=6830.69 (Iron & steel and gas will be arranged by NCL, Welding electrode & welding machine will be arranged by the contractor.) (3 Nos. PontoonX 6830.69 KG each)(including nut & bolt required for assembling of blocks)

Painting of all blocks of each pontoon with "supply of chloride zinc phosphate red oxide primer paint & two coat painting at the surface of pontoon both inside and outside including cleaning degreasing, de-rusting of the area to be painted complete" as per instruction of EIC (03 Nos. pontoon x 196 Sqm. each)

Painting of all blocks of each pontoon with "supply of anticorrosive rubber paint and two coat painting on inner & outer both side of the surface of pontoon up to 1 mtr. Height complete" as per instruction of EIC (03 Nos. pontoon x 196 Sqm. each)

Fabrication of 06 Nos. floating drum structure (with 12 drums) with cutting, welding, testing of drum and jointing etc. (The dimensions of 01 floating drum structure(LxWxH) is 365cmX180cmX60cm with railing of 365cmX60cm), Material required for 01 floating drum structure is Angle (65X65X6 mm) = 352 kg including 10% wastage, MS plate 6 mm- 170 Kg including 10% wastage.Total iron & steel= 06 Nos. Floating drum structure X 522 KG each = 3132 Kg, (welding electrode to be arranged by contractor and Gases & empty drums will be provided by Bina Project, NCL)

Painting of 06 Nos. floating drum structure with "supply of anticorrosive rubber paint and two coat painting on inner & outer both side of the surface" as per instruction of EIC (06 Nos. pontoon x 15 Sqm. Each, Total = 90 Sq. mtr)

Part-(C): Making of shed on Pontoons to be installed for Monsoon 2024

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. ( welding electrode to be provided by contractor) (198 kg X 7 Nos. shed on pontoon ) as per instruction of engineer incharge/site incharge.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (welding electrode to be provided by contractor) (32.4X7 = 226.8 = 227 Approx)
